Phone Sessions
Because Animal Communication is an energetic exchange of thoughts, feelings, and knowings and energy isn’t bound by time and space, her work is equally as effective when performed over the phone as it is in-person.
Single 75-Minute Animal Communication + Reiki Therapy Phone Session
A single Animal Communication session offers an introduction to your animal’s inner world. It can support you as you deal with one specific health, food, or behavioral issue, provide you with insight on how your animals feel about family members including other animals in the household, advise you on a potential animal adoption, or support an animal’s recovery process from minor surgery. The possibilities are endless.
While Susan may adjust the process to support your individual needs, a typical Animal Communication phone session includes:
- 45 minutes of animal communication with up to 3 companion animals
- You’ll then disconnect via telephone while Susan sends 15 minutes of distance Reiki
- Immediately afterward, she will call you to share additional messages and insights that may have come through during the Reiki healing session (15 minutes).
- You’ll also receive further recommendations based on Susan’s intuitive guidance and what resonates with your current situation. For example additional animal communication, energy work, bodywork, seeking counseling from an animal care provider, dietary and lifestyle changes.

Three 75-Minute Animal Communication + Reiki Therapy Phone Session Package
Many clients realize that they want and need to know much more about their animals after a single session. Your animal’s world is so rich!
A series of Animal Communication sessions give you an opportunity to get to the root of long-term behavioral and emotional issues and support you through a major illness. It can also be helpful to book a series of sessions when you know you’re being called to serve your animal companion through his or her final days, weeks, or months.
With this comprehensive animal communication and Reiki support package, you’ll have three 75-minute phone sessions.

Emergency fees apply for appointments with less than 8 hours notice, before or after office hours, or if schedules need to be changed to accommodate your appointment.

If you live in or around Valley Cottage, NY and surrounding counties in NY, NJ, & CT Susan would be pleased to visit your animal at your home, barn, or clinic.
These at-home services are provided in Valley Cottage, NY and surrounding counties in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut including: Rockland, Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess, Orange, Ulster, Passaic, Bergen, Fairfield, New Haven, and Litchfield.

Single 90-Minute Animal Communication + Reiki Therapy House Call Session
While Susan may adjust the process to support your individual needs, a typical animal communication house call includes:
- 15 minutes to meet and greet and share any questions or concerns that you’d like to address in the session.
- 45 minutes of animal communication with up to 3 companion animals
- 15 minutes of Reiki energy healing for your animal and the environment your animal is in
- A brief discussion after the Reiki session is complete to convey any messages and insights Susan receives during the healing session
- Recommendations based on her intuitive guidance and what resonates with your current situation for additional therapies such as animal communication, energy work, bodywork, seeking counseling from an animal care provider, and dietary and lifestyle changes.
Fee: 90-minute session within 15 miles: 300

No more pulling
I had worked with two trainers on how to get our one dog stop pulling while we walked. I had Susan ask our dog, “Will you please quit pulling?” and our dog replied, “Why don’t you get a longer leash?” I bought a retractable leash, and we’ve been enjoying our walks ever since! I had always thought that this type of leash would have made our walks much more difficult. Susan also helped us to better understand some of the stress and anxiety that our dogs were feeling.
