While Susan may adjust the 75- Minute Lost and Missing Animal Session process to support your individual needs, a typical Lost and Missing Animal phone session includes two in-depth 30-35-Minute phone sessions, resource recommendations, personal coaching, and Reiki energy.
When you Call
Susan will explain what animal communication is, how it works, how she works with lost and missing animal cases + answer questions, and provide instruction before scheduling. Payment is due before your session and scheduled as the same day or within 2-3 business days. You can contact Susan any day of the week to schedule. Susan understands that time is of the essence both for your family and animal companion and will prioritize your needs.
Susan works by telephone only. She does not offer in-person, email, or text sessions. Neither does she work outside of your scheduled session.
On the day of your appointment
Susan will call you and encourages you to record the session. You can take handwritten notes, use a recording device, voice memo app on your smartphone, iPad, or laptop, or download an app. The session is not recorded for you. Although Susan follows a format of questions specific for lost and missing animals, prepare a list of questions and special messages and instructions for your animal.
Suppose Susan learns from your animal companion that they are in-spirit on the day of your appointment. In that case, she will then follow through with a 75-Minute Animal Afterlife Communication Session that includes Reiki energy.
Suppose your animal companion should come home before the second phone session. In that case, the second phone session will address your animal’s health and well-being, any wishes and desires they may have, and any special messages you have for them.

Every lost and missing animal case is unique and it can sometimes be very difficult to locate a missing companion animal since they can be lost for a variety of reasons. Session packages are not recommended for every lost and missing animal case.
It is recommended to schedule a Single 75-Minute Lost & Missing Animal Phone Session first before making this purchase. A series of sessions give you an opportunity to find your lost and missing animal based on details they provide during the communication process.
These details can help narrow the search area or sometimes even pinpoint the location. With this comprehensive communication package, you’ll have three 75-minute phone sessions.

Zazu was in the exact spot that Susan had described
We contacted Susan when our cat Zazu went missing in August of 2014. Since we had never been involved with a psychic before, we were not sure what to expect. I first spoke with Susan when my dog got spooked and ran off from home during a bad storm this past summer. He had been missing for three days and we had no sightings of him in our area. We were desperate to find him, knowing he was terrified and not able to find his way home. After doing some searching online, I came across Susan’s website and decided to give animal communication a try to see if it would help us locate our dog. Susan responded to my inquiry immediately and set up an appointment that afternoon. She was so responsive and caring to our needs. During our first session, she was able to locate and communicate with our dog- giving us the relief that he was alright but very lost.
