At-home or your location services are provided in Valley Cottage, NY and surrounding counties in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut including: Rockland, Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess, Orange, Ulster, Passaic, Bergen, Fairfield, New Haven, and Litchfield.

Phone Sessions & House Calls are available:

• Monday through Friday 10:00 am to 8:00 pm EST

• Saturday 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm EST

• Sunday Closed

Please note: The last house call is scheduled at 6:00 pm: Monday through Thursday and 5:00 pm: Friday EST.

Please be advised that Two Bear Healing Arts, LLC will be closed for all major holidays.

Susan accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express; PayPal invoicing, personal check (with valid drivers license or photo ID), and money orders.

Payment must be received in full prior to all services. Please see cancellation policy below. A travel fee may apply if location is out of travel zone. See travel policy rates and location list.

If you have scheduled an On-Site session at Two Bear Healing Arts location in Valley Cottage, NY, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so you can get settled in. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated so that we may start the session on time. If you arrive late, your session will end at the time appointed for.

A 24 hour cancellation notice is required to cancel or change an appointment.

If you do not provide 24 hours notice, the payment you made upon booking will not be refunded.

All services cancelled more than 24 hours before the appointment will be refunded in full. An administration fee of $25 will be applied. Estimated refund processing is one to two weeks.

If you miss an appointment, the payment you made upon booking will not be refunded.

If you are late for an appointment, there will be a reduction in time for your service in order to maintain punctuality for other appointments.

Single purchase orders are valid for 3-months from the date of purchase and Package purchase orders are valid for 6-months from the date of purchase.

No refunds are available for services rendered.
